Description: This course designed with a view to developing the individual's ability to be able to cope with financial data for decision-making purposes. All managers, at some point be forced to deal with financial data, and more importantly make sense of it, comprehend, analyse, manage, interpret and explain it's relevance as part of the decision making process. This course will enable the participant to feel comfortable and confident with financial information and data, to the extent that they can use it to support decisions at both operational and strategic levels. The emphasis is on confident utility and analysis of financial data to inform the internal decision making mechanisms / processes within organisations.
